the realest and most beautiful wedding I’ve ever documented
I will probably never forget Jon & Sherm’s wedding. A day full to bursting of real love everywhere, so palpable I felt it touch my heart. It was more than just a wedding day; it was a lesson on humanity, on being a good person, on giving and accepting as much love as you can bear, on prioritising only the things that matter in life. I came away from this day with my cup overflowing, feeling inspired and appreciated and uplifted.
I’ve never said this about a wedding I shot before, but I will say it now: These are photos of moments that were not in any way curated, posed or forced. Each photo represents a fleeting, emotional moment during a real wedding that happened organically and authentically, the wedding of two of the most genuine human beings I’ve had the privilege of documenting. Nothing during this day was done “for the photos” but only what felt right in the moment. I count myself lucky to have been there to witness the love and joy that day - a thousand thank yous Jon & Sherm, for having me and giving me your love!!!
